Please note that each cancellation fee is separate. For example, if you registered for all three (main conference, outing, and workshop) the total fee would be $75.
Requests for main conference cancellations, received in writing at conference@f3c.org with a subject of “CANCEL CONFERENCE” on or before March 5, 2015 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after March 5, 2015. Partial refunds are not available for someone wishing to attend less than the full conference.
Requests for cancellation of a Friday morning Photo Outing, received in writing at conference@f3c.org with a subject of “CANCEL OUTING” on or before February 19, 2015 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus a $15 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after February 19, 2015.
Requests for cancellation of a Friday afternoon Workshop, received in writing at conference@f3c.org with a subject of “CANCEL WORKSHOP” on or before February 19, 2015 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus a $10 cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after February 19, 2015.
It is the attendee’s responsibility to cancel hotel reservations directly with the hotel holding the reservation. The FCCC is not a party to these reservations and does not accept nor handle such cancellations.
